Ange Postecoglou has insisted he is fully committed to bringing success to Tottenham Hotspur over rumours linking him with the England job.
The Football Association (FA) is on the hunt for a new manager after Gareth Southgate announced he would step down after eight years in charge.
Postecoglou is reportedly being consider for the job. Along with Lee Carsley, Pep Guardiola, Eddie Howe, Mauricio Pochettino, Jurgen Klopp, Graham Potter and Thomas Tuchel. Greek-born Postecoglou previously managed Australia. However, the 58-
year-old insists he is solely focused on preparing Spurs for the new season. Which saw them thrash Hearts 5-1 in a recent friendly.
“I’m at the start of pre-season and I’m Tottenham Hotspur manager, so nothing else. “I ‘m happy to be here, apart from trying to bring success to this club,” Postecoglou told ยูฟ่าเบท Sports.
Asked if he would consider a return to international management in the future, Postecoglou replied: “I enjoyed it (taking charge of Australia). I had a great four years here. “
We won the Asian Cup and qualified for the World Cup. I like working in international football. Nobody knows what the future holds. Five years ago I was in Japan, but now I’m in the Premier League.”

Australian manager Ange Postecoglou is reportedly on the shortlist to become the next England manager after Gareth Southgate resigned following the Three Lions’ defeat in the European Championship final.
Southgate had led England to back-to-back Euro finals, as well as a World Cup quarter-final and semi-final, but was unable to end England’s 58-year wait for a major trophy.
